8 1 LeaseTypeCode LEASE_TYPE_CODE -A 1 digit code which identifies the stage of of development (no development, exploration, or development) on a leasehold. The field label for this data element is Lease Type Code.
9 7 LeaseStatusCd LEASE_STATUS_CD -Identifies the development stage of the lease as assigned by the Minerals Management Service's Office of Leasing and Environment.
16 6 BlkMaxWtrDpth BLK_MAX_WTR_DPTH -The point of highest (or maximum) vertical distance from mean sea level to the sea floor for a block. The distance is measured in meters.
22 1 PaAdjustmentFl PA_ADJUSTMENT_FL -A Yes/No flag to indicate if the costs of site clearance, platform removal, and plugging of boreholes on a leasehold have been modified by the MMS' Office of Technical Assessment rather than being dervied by a standard calculation. The field label for this data element is "P&A Modified Flag".
23 13 SiteClearance SITE_CLEARANCE -The MMS estimated cost of site clearance on an OCS leasehold.
36 9 PlatRemovalCnt PLAT_REMOVAL_CNT -The total number of platforms on a leasehold which will have to be removed at some time in the future. The field label for the data element is "Count of removal platforms".
45 13 PlatRemovalCst PLAT_REMOVAL_CST -The total estimated or calculated cost for removing all of the platforms on a leasehold. The calculation is the platform count multiplied by the water depth factor. The field label for the data element is "Cost of Plugging Boreholes".
58 9 BorehlePlugCnt BOREHLE_PLUG_CNT -The total number of plugged boreholes on the leasehold. The field label for the data element is "Count of Plugged Boreholes".
67 13 BorehlePlugCst BOREHLE_PLUG_CST -The MMS estimated permanent wellbore abandonment cost on an OCS leasehold.
80 2 AreaCode AREA_CODE -The designated abbreviation assigned to Outer Continental Shelf (OCS) geographical units for identification purposes and for use on maps and in data bases.
82 6 BlockNumber BLOCK_NUMBER -Identifies a subdivision of an Official Protraction Diagram.
