1	8	Segment Num	SEGMENT_NUM -The number assigned by MMS to each pipeline segment for purpose of internal identification.
9	18	History Date	HISTORY_DATE -The day, month, and year of the event reported in the pipeline history file.
27	1	History Code	HISTORY_CODE -An indicator of the type of record in the pipeline history file.
28	18	Last Rev Date	LAST_REV_DATE -Date a row in the database was last updated.
46	2000	Remark	REMARK -An explanation, comment, or definition associated with an individual record.
