9	5	Point Seq Num	ASBUILT_SEQ_NUM -A sequence number identifying a location point on a pipeline asbuilt plat.
14	14	Latitude	ASBUILT_LAT -The latitude coordinate of a location point on a pipeline asbuilt plat.
28	15	Longitude	ASBUILT_LONG -The longitude coordinate of a location point on a pipeline asbuilt plat.
43	2	Nad Year Cd	NAD_YEAR_CD -The indicator of the North American Datum the data was produced under.
45	3	Proj Code	PROJ_CODE -An indicator of the projection code used to generate the x and y coordinates.
48	18	X Coord Loc	SURF_X_COORD_LOC -X coordinate for a surface location (east-west measurement).
66	18	Y Coord Loc	SURF_Y_COORD_LOC -Y coordinate for a surface location (north-south measurement).
