Production Information and Data Available for Downloading

Files listed in the table below are for the Gulf of Mexico OCS Region only.  These files include information on oil and gas production by Lease, Well (API No.), or Lease Operator.  Additional files are also available on historical Gulf of Mexico production from the Public Information Office.

Please read our disclaimer prior to downloading files.  Download a copy of the file you want by clicking on Fixed or Delimit under the Download column of the table below.  The Fixed Format provides a defined length for each field within the file and the Delimited Format provides the data fields delimited with quotes (") and separated by commas (,).  For a complete record layout and associated data definitions click on the File Name.  Once you have downloaded and unzipped the data, it can be imported into a variety of database or spreadsheet software packages to facilitate queries or reports.

Note:  Beginning with the production month of September 1998, gas is reported at a pressure base of 14.73 psia.  Prior to September 1998, gas was reported at 15.025 psia.
