The following 2008 Master Complex List, as an excel spreadsheet, lists all the platforms in 2008 that were included in the GOADS-2008 study.  If your company wants to re-use its GOADS-2008 static data files for this 2011 inventory effort, you must go through the following process, since the GOADS-2011 program structure is different from the GOADS-2008 program structure:  Review the following Master Complex List, send your request specifying the Complex and Structure ID's for which you need the GOADS-2008 data via email to Ms. Holli Ensz of BOEMRE, at holli.ensz@boemre.gov.  After your request is received, ERG (BOEMRE contractor) will email you the import files, instruct you how to download the files from the ERG ftp site, or mail you a CD.  After importing the static data files into the GOADS-2011 software, you are responsible for creating records for any new structures and new equipment that were not in place in 2008.  You are also responsible for reviewing and editing the imported 2008 data to make sure they reflect 2011.
