The GOMR.BOEMRE.GOV website is no longer being updated. In its place, BOEM.GOV and BSEE.GOV have been launched. Over the next several weeks, the appropriate content from the GOMR.BOEMRE.GOV website will be moved to the new sites.
How to Submit Emissions Reports
When the entire inventory is completed (12 monthly surveys), it should be exported to your hard-drive for submittal to BOEM. To export the inventory, select File/Export GOADS-2011 Inventory Database on the main menu. A dialog box will appear which will allow you to enter a File Path and Filename or browse to a location in which you wish to create the file. After entering the path and file name, click "OK". You can then copy the file you have created to two (2) CDs.
Please do not forget to run the GOADS-2011 QA Summary Form. From the Main Window, the File/Export Annual Inventory QA Summary Form may be selected at any time to view and obtain an Adobe file of key missing and inconsistent data elements. These data elements are critical if BOEM is to develop emission estimates for the equipment listed.
Address any concerns/clarifications from the QA Summary Form electronically and include on the CDs. There is no need to submit a QA Summary Form hardcopy to BOEM.
Please mail two (2) CDs, complete with the GOADS-2011 Inventory Database and QA Summary Form Concerns by April 18, 2012 to:
