Letters to Lessees
and Operators
The Bureau of Ocean Energy Management, Regulation and Enforcement no longer issues Letters to Lessees and Operators
(LTL's). All notices are now in the form of Notices to Lessees and Operators (NTL's).
This
page contains active LTL's which will remain in effect until superseded or rescinded.
