Secretary Norton to Address the Minerals Management Service's
Third Annual Industry Awards Ceremony, April 4
Secretary of the Interior Gale Norton will address the winners of the Department's Minerals Management Service Annual Industry Awards, April 4, 2001, in Houston, TX. The awards program established by MMS in 1999, recognizes the nation's energy leaders that have distinguished themselves in three categories, safety, stewardship and corporate citizenship.
Secretary Norton will be the first Interior Secretary to address the group and participate in the presentation of awards.
