SegmentNumber	SEGMENT_NUM -The number assigned by MMS to each pipeline segment for purpose of internal identification.
PointSequenceNumber	ASBUILT_SEQ_NUM -A sequence number identifying a location point on a pipeline asbuilt plat.
Latitude	ASBUILT_LAT -The latitude coordinate of a location point on a pipeline asbuilt plat.
Longitude	ASBUILT_LONG -The longitude coordinate of a location point on a pipeline asbuilt plat.
NADYearCode	NAD_YEAR_CD -The indicator of the North American Datum the data was produced under.
ProjectionCode	PROJ_CODE -An indicator of the projection code used to generate the x and y coordinates.
XCoordinateLocation	SURF_X_COORD_LOC -X coordinate for a surface location (east-west measurement).
YCoordinateLocation	SURF_Y_COORD_LOC -Y coordinate for a surface location (north-south measurement).
LastRevisedDate	LAST_REV_DATE -Date a row in the database was last updated.
VersionDate	VERSION_DATE -The date an application or data set is put into service.
AsbuiltFlag	ASBUILT_FLAG -An indicator of whether a location point on a pipeline is "as built" (Y) or not (N).
PPLApurtType	PPL_APURT_TYPE -The type of ancilliary structure on a pipeline.
Bidirectional	BIDIR_FLAG -An indicator of whether the product in the pipeline can be passed in either direction.
